Upon booking your initial appointment

You receive a comprehensive health questionnaire upon booking an appointment and return the completed form to me via email.  A review of your answers is conducted prior to the appointment. The questionnaire helps to guide our conversation which lasts between 1-1.5 hours.  Following the appointment, I examine your case thoroughly and design a Homeopathic program that is unique to you and addresses your individual health concerns. You will receive your Homeopathic program via email with complete instructions within four days of your appointment.  Your initial consultation also involves a brief follow-up call approximately a week after you have completed the program to assess your health status.  

Fees

Initial Consultation Services excluding medicines: $255.00 plus tax.

Homeopathic Medicines – Your Homeopathic prescription usually contains between 5-6 medicines which are easy to take and do not cause side effects or interact with your prescription medications. The medications are $10 and can be sent to your home for a $20 Purolator delivery charge provided there is someone available at your home or business to receive the medications. Medicines may sometimes be available at a retail outlet in your area. Sometimes they are available in your local area. Delivery time (including only business day) is 1-2 days in Ontario, 2- 3 days in Alberta & Manitoba, and 5-6 days in BC. Purolator will deliver for a $45 charge overnight if someone is able to receive the medicines upon delivery.

Follow-up appointments are recommended every 2-3 months for chronic health concerns. Follow-up Appointments range in length between 15-45 min. and include an individualized prescription that is sent to you up to three days following the appointment.  If an acute issue arises, a follow-up appointment is scheduled as quickly as possible and a prescription is developed within three days of the appointment.  If immediate attention is required, a medicine will be prescribed on the spot and followed up with a prescription that is individualized and designed for maximum effectiveness.

Fee for each follow-up appointments is $125.00 plus tax.
